Returns & Exchanges Policy

(Uniforms & Accessories)

1. Overview

This Returns & Exchanges Policy applies to all uniforms, apparel, and accessories purchased through the Let's Play platform ("Products").

Let's Play supplies customised and non-customised sporting apparel and accessories for community competitions. Due to the nature of sporting uniforms (including numbering, team allocation and event timelines), specific return conditions apply.

This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

2. Change of Mind Returns

2.1 Customised Uniforms (e.g. numbered, named, team-issued)

Customised items cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or team withdrawal once an order has been processed.

This includes:

  • Numbered jerseys
  • Named jerseys
  • Competition-issued kits
  • Special event uniforms

Please ensure sizing is carefully reviewed before completing your order.

2.2 Non-Customised Items (e.g. hats, arm sleeves, accessories)

Non-customised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided that:

  • The item is unworn and unused
  • Original tags are attached
  • The item is in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is faulty.

Approved returns will be processed as:

  • An exchange (subject to stock availability), or
  • A credit to your original payment method.

3. Incorrect Size

Sizing guides are provided on the platform. Let's Play does not accept responsibility for incorrect size selection where the item matches the size ordered.

If sizing errors occur due to Let's Play supply error, we will arrange replacement at no cost.

4. Faulty or Defective Items

If a Product:

  • Is faulty
  • Has a manufacturing defect
  • Is materially different from the description
  • Does not match the approved design

Please contact support within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Description of issue
  • Photographic evidence

Where a fault is confirmed, Let's Play will:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Provide a refund,

in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photographs of packaging and product

We will coordinate replacement where applicable.

6. Competition Withdrawal / Team Changes

If a player withdraws from a competition after ordering a customised uniform:

  • The uniform remains the property of the purchaser
  • Refunds are not provided
  • Uniforms may be transferred privately between players

7. How to Lodge a Return

To request a return, contact:

Include:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Item(s)
  • Reason for return
  • Supporting images (if applicable)

Returns must not be sent without prior approval.

8. Processing Timeframes

  • Return assessment: 3–5 business days
  • Approved refunds: 5–10 business days
  • Exchanges: subject to stock availability
